Dear members and guests;
We finally got our 2023 Cambridge Rocket Club season underway on May 6th after two weather related postponements. The weather was ideal for flying as the temperatures and winds were moderate under mainly blue skies. We had 24 CRC members as well as 9 guests fly a total of 63 model rockets. Several of the guests signed up to join the club while others are in the process. We flew scale models, cluster and two stage models as well as some boost gliders. We even managed to fly a few rockets with on-board cameras. By the end of the day we burned 70 model rocket engines with a total theoretical impulse of 1,350 Neutons.
